KYB DLC Fork Inner Tube (Each) – Yamaha YZ450F 2025

This genuine KYB Factory Kit inner tube (KYB part 160174809601) is a direct replacement for the 48 mm KYB spring fork fitted to the Yamaha YZ450F. The tube carries a black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, which combines a very low friction coefficient with high surface hardness. The result is smoother initial fork movement, reduced stiction and better resistance to wear and scoring than a standard chrome tube. The tube measures 48 mm outside diameter and 597 mm long, and suits both the standard fork and the KYB Factory Kit fork. Price is for one tube; two are required to do both fork legs.
